Wine List Photos: When you upload a photo of a wine list, it is processed and stored in an anonymized form. These photos are not linked to you personally.
Wine Ratings and Selections: Information about wines you rate or note as "ordered" is stored locally on your device and/or in your iCloud account.
Analytics Data: We may use third-party services (such as app analytics providers) to collect anonymous usage data, including device type, app version, and interaction patterns.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the App's features.
- Enhance wine recognition and recommendation accuracy.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations if required.
3. Data Storage and Deletion
Local Data: Your personal wine ratings and selections are stored only on your device/iCloud. You may delete them at any time by selecting the "Delete My Data" option in settings.
Anonymized Photos: Uploaded wine list photos cannot be tied back to you personally and therefore cannot be individually deleted.
Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained to improve the App.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors that process data on our behalf (e.g., analytics, wine list recognition).
- Legal Authorities: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children and Restricted Users
The App is intended for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 21.

- Delete: You may delete your personal data via the in-App "Delete My Data" feature.
